FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE [ News Release] [Computex 2017] [Compliant with Smart Car / Display Panel / IoT / Wearable Device Multiple Application] Etron releases 30 nm high bandwidth, effective energy-saving effects of buffered memory products; Vehicles with advanced driving assistance system (ADAS) and Car Infotainment Supports 4K ultra-high quality display panels with VR photography sampling applications Etron Technology, Inc (TPEx: 5351.TW) announced several new, optimized, high bandwidth, energy efficient, suitable for capacity DDR3 / DDR3L 16-bit high-speed transmission and Mobile DDR2 32-bit effects buffer memory in Smart car / display panel / IoT / wearable devices for Multiple applications, using 30-nanometer process mass production with high quality and reliability 128Mb, 256Mb to 512Mb special effects buffer memory (Specialty Buffer Memory). The specifications include SDR, DDR, DDR2, DDR3, and Mobile DDR2. The capacity is from 64Mb, 128Mb, 256Mb, 512Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb, to 4Gb, and the input in bits are from 4 to 64. In addition to providing commercial specifications for consumer products and stringent industrial standards, the solutions also meet the highest vehicle specifications and applications for high quality display and VR photography. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is the key to the development of unmanned vehicles and it is the focus of technology research and development for today’s major wafer, electronic systems and depots. ADAS is the main control unit to deal with different types of vehicle sensors providing information and data, it also needs to integrate with the car’s information and audio and video platform (Car Infotainment).
