DDR3 SDRAM are also called Double Data Rate III Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory. DDR3’s prefetch buffer is increased to 8 bits, which means 8 bits of data are accessed each time. This product also added ASR (Automatic Self-Refresh) and SRT (Self-Refresh Temperature) functions. Even if the memory is in a dormant state, it can control the charging frequency of the memory chips with temperature changes, ensuring the integrity of the system data.
