鈺創旗下的專精型DRAM產品規格包括SDR、DDR、DDR2、DDR3、DDR4、LPDDR2與LPDDR4/4X，輸出入位元數自4到64位元，容量涵蓋16Mb至16Gb。

SDRAM（Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory）為同步動態隨機存取記憶體，亦可稱為SDR SDRAM (Single Data Rate SDRAM)，SDR SDRAM的核心、I/O、等效時脈皆相同。而Single Data Rate單倍數據傳輸率意指SDR SDRAM在1個周期內只能讀寫1次。
